This dish comes together fast and is delicious and easy!
Shrimp and Bok Choy
Ingredients
- Onion chopped
- Garlic one clove minced
- Shrimp 10 per person
- Bok Choy Chopped
- Olive oil 2 Tbsp
- 2 Tbsp of Black sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil until translucent
- Add bok choy and saute until soft
- Set aside
- Add the frozen shrimp saute until soft
- Add back the vegetables and mix
- Sprinkle black sesame seeds over the mixture
- Serve alone or over farro or rice or quinoa
- Yum!
